I did go for a reasonably long walk and drank TONS of water :-) Don't worry, I put a lot of weight on pretty quickly, and I think the last 7lbs should come off reasonably quickly too (hopefully!) - after that, I'd be very surprised if I lost more than 1kg a week (but here's hoping anyway, eh?!!)
